Long Term Stakeholder Partnerships
Partnerships involve a personal relationship with each internship site and community partner. These partnerships are a two way street that forms a symbiotic relationship. Partners must know that we will provide them with a quality product (student interns and workers) in exchange for allowing our students to learn in a real life situation. This must be a relationship of long term strength to be truly beneficial to our community.

Relational Capacity through a multi-faceted approachAll of the above items are important in the success of a student's CTE experience. All stakeholders must come together to invite students to learn using real world scenarios, CTSO experiences, dual credit opportunities, challenging/rigorous academics, and industry specific certifications. This multi-faceted approach to student learning allows an educator to show the learner a much more rich environment in which to learn. Gone are the days of learning via book and lecture. We must immerse the learner in the experience for it to truly take root.
